When that episode aired, I hadn't gotten that excited about a ANTM contestant since maybe Eva or Naima. To me, it still is one of the best pictures in ANTM history. I loved McKey that season too. I said she reminded me of Linda Evangelista during the audition phase, but the likeness really popped when she got the haircut & did the swimsuit pic.
And i get why she was eliminated....she wasn't stunning in person and she started to slide a bit. I still loved her, though. She wasn't a bitch like most of them.

Yeah, that's true. Preferences differentiate from major fashion capital to major fashion capital. Parisian models follow the traditional standard and so does Tokyo, London and NYC. However, France has a prefference for African and East Indian models (partly due to its historical relationship with West Africa and India) while NYC doesn't give alot of high fashion jobs to the African American models. They are open-minded towards foreigners, though.

Ha I guess they meant "no personality" compared to the other girls. Lauren Brie was awesome, but there were some CHARACTERS this cycle. She just didn't stand out as much as Isis, Sheena, Sam and the other people. I still love her though.
