I agree with all of this Except in my case medication Would only "zomby me out " Every day i walk past endless "triggers" there is not one place i can go in my town or home without triggers! Any and all "family " holidays are a trigger Talking to my family mostly my sister is a major trigger ! I have been living with these feelings for 40 years ! What would you do in these shoes ? I am surprised i have not Yet had a stroke or heart attack ! Thanks for the vid
