where do u get all those orange gems?....ive just passed this lvl ...getting 30k exp without any traps cos dont have orange gems

@XalaXification , orange gem mastery to start with some orange gems, then transmute to generate more.

you played this level for 20 hours real time, you need to get a break or something. and how much did you speed up this video?

It's been a while since I last watched this...and though I now consider myself an equal (or nearly so), I still learned something by watching it-namely, start using the mana pool spell a little sooner. 

Oh, and i'm one of the 3-6 people attempting all 228 waves-I've killed up to wave 190, and some from 190-200. lag kills me a lot, though.

And the final map as alot trap spots, so with a prefect start and no real mistakes it should be possible. ;) Good luck on that one!

So basically you got it to the point where if you don't do anything you can have like 100,000 mana within a few seconds. I wish you didn't have to speed these up...it's hard to see what you're doing at these speeds, but I get the concept.

This was on a older version, now it's wave easier to get a high score.

I had to speed it up alot, in real time it took over 20 hours. And this first vid is speeded up "only" 4 times. So you should be able to follow it if you watch closelly. ;)

Yes, I do. And it was OVER 20 hours, probably 25 or something....

And there are people who spending more time on 1 game then I did here. ;)

Somebody is trying to beat all 228 waves from the final map (he's at wave ~186).

I'm starting agian a big game in a few days. I think it will take over 50 hours total (maybe alot more).

So yes, there are people who spend alot time on this game. ;)

btw. I'm at lvl 55 now and I've spended alot of time for this too.

And big thanks for this Video, it helped me alot. even if I used a completely different set of skills.

I didn't got as many Traps as you and my towers just had lvl4 gems in it. But it worked ^^

You where right, I did mean I spend OVER 20 hours on this level/map/game I showed in "Gemcraft 0 - Beating the 2nd Arcane Guardian, Ulegh Style" Part 1 upto and including final part. ;)

And i spend total on GCO a couple hundred hours!

Yes, the mana farm strategy also work on lower lvls. You can already try to get over 100k exp in a x3 endurance game...
