After a close look at the muscle groupings moving as they should, Peter Burke, The Head of Creature Design at Jim Henson's shop said "I have no idea how they would have made this suit in 1967." True dat.

@joeyvader i have not seen that documentary, but i will surely check it out. but i have seen numerous programs on the history channel that had similar conclusions. they did enhancements of the patterson footage, and also real life tests to try and simulate the gait of the creature in the footage with tall humans and stuff like that. all of this leading to the conclusion that the film shows a real living female bigfoot creature. it is truely mind blowing

Jane Goodall became interested in the topic a few years ago..an unknown primate would be right up her alley, so to speak...after speaking to many witnesses first hand, and doing some research into footprint morphology, and seeing some tracks first hand as well, she bacame, as she puts it 'convinced they exist..." @joeyvader she knows a thing or two, it is amazing how most scientists just discount the possibility of a bigfoot. but they did not just zoom in on the footage, they enhanced its clarity(somehow) with computer programs. Also they attempted to create a 3D computerized simulation of the footage in an attempt to figure out about how tall the creature was. that part was inconclusive though. i think they attempted to find the exact location where the footage was shot too, which was pretty cool.
