I can't wait to get myself some power functions. I'm going to combien them with lego mindstorms 2.0 and make a big drone that will search for a flat,open area, and then open a cargo hold, where a smaller, remote-controled drone will go out and explore.

Go to the LEGO shop web site and find the product item 8883 Power Functions M-Motor - you will need 2 of those.

You also need one 8881, one 8884 and 1 8885.

@Kilonoid No go onto the Lego website and look up power function. I make battle bots out of lego with power functions. They are so worth the money. Check them and my channel out.

Hi LegoMunch, im trying to make a giant lego tank by using the braces from the lego set 7900 to support the tracks. What size motor do you think i should get?

how big the tank probably a xl motor or a m motor...

Theres going to be double tracks on each side, aproximently 11 cms high (8 1/2 inches) 50 cms long (20 inches), 24.5 cms wide (9 3/4 inch), and a motor which spins a axel forcing small balls hurdling through the air towards the enemy. It's going to be fully sick.
