It's an eight. See that triangle on the nose? 9's don't have that, just like what Fidzer1974 said, 9 has a rear diffuser, this one doesn't even if it didn't have a body kit, it didn't come with a diffuser, Just because the title says it's a nine, doesn't mean it's a nine, the title's wrong.

Thats not an evo9 , its a evo 8 . Look at the nose, it has the plastic triangle running from the bumper to the bonnet in the middle. plus the 9 had a rear diffuser, not like the rear bumper you see here. Nice car though. Looks like an MR, due to the blacked out lights.

The front bumper is carbon fiber and even though it has the triangle from bumper to bonnet it doesn't have the other design cues of the EVO 8. The rear is also aftermarket. Look at the bottom edge, it has a lip. The 8 doesn't. If Jackie Chan is buying a EVO in Asia you better believe it's A) JDM as f*ck and B) it's going to be modded one way or another.
