  • Thanks for watching the video. You can surely add lemon juice in place of tamarind pulp. There may be a difference in taste. Adjust the sugar and tamarind pulp as per taste. Protein powder is added for additional proteins. The powder has no flavour and hence the vegetable taste does not spoil. Also it is purely an optional step. Thanks again for your views.

    al in all ,i liked the dish.i make it simply without any potatoes n khatta meetha flavour...will surely try this one.
