I am very spiritually in tune with myself after years of self healing which is an ongoing lifetime process, but why is it that must people get on the new age bandwagon and want to be involved in astral projection & other attempts at spiritual grandeur? We should all be practicing staying grounded & focused on our earthly realities other than the escapist tendencies of leaving the body. Dont get me wrong though because i believe that astral projection has its place WHEN MASTERED! STAY GROUNDED!
I agree with you. The focus on being out of the body, awakening the third eye and so on can be nothing but a selfish thing. To stay grounded and dig where you stand is fundamental in developing and helping yourself - and others.

@OyaRevolutionary once you realize the false of your man made reality . if you had astral projection, i could have ask what can you posses in your dreams . i could have ask you what can you posses in your life or control people or things in your life . the river were you flow or suck on a island bought are false . are you using spiritually as escapism? what is your base ? these are question you should find out . love and peace

It`s about Inner Journey...Try to relax and listen to the music,and you will have an inner journey like no other external journey :) All you need to do is relax and watch what`s happening inside you ... :)
@LuxFerrous do one thing before go blank, try to visualize a very bright light coming from cosmos, entering youre crown and goes through the tissue, every fiber is pure white light and goes all the way down through to youre foots and eventually this energy energises youre heart that is glowing 2 times brighter, you can view youreself with an white egg shaped aura of light with mirrors on it. this will guard you and will deflect any negative force onto the source it came from.
