Armored palace guard horses will not jump. You have to get a regular horse, or else the armored ones will just stop at the edge.

I did this one today you can also stand on the side railing of the bridge and jump then hit parachute and glide towards the other side then grab the edge... i did it the harder way lol

they made the horses kind of unmaneuverable when on lodges. i frequintly got stuck on "cliffs" that were the size of stairs. thats why it was probably the last thought in my head to use the horse to get over the bridge

I CAN HELP WITH THE UNARMOURED HORSE PROBLEM!!! you can't make the jump because your need to use a brown horses i don't know why but i had this problem witha white one and tried several times then i done it first time with a brown one :)

i have a new discovery about that jump!!! its much easy easier than that!!!.......1st get a horse then gallop though the cliff then stand while the horse is and then jump off then tap square the parachute will help you rich the edge and then ezio just grasp into it!!! .....AHHAHA if you want me to show a video on this send me a message.. :D

if there's no horse around the parachute is also enough to get you to the other side (at least to grab the edge)

ahhhhh! i've tried everything. And actually jumping the gap on a horse was the first thing i tried and it doesn't matter what horse i use it won't jump the gap!!

@Narutoowns79 lol surprisingly that was the second thing i tried. and it looks like it'll work but then Ezio has nothing to grab onto because the broken edge is too smooth and he just falls to the ground landing right on top of 4 guards....convenient right:P? when you go to jump the gap, do you just hold down the jump button or do you have to press it at a specific time? and is there any way to make the hose sprint instead of just galloping?

Wow, what the fuck. I did the same as you tried for nearly two hours gave up had a brain wave next morning to use a horse tried and it wouldn't go (since it was armoured can't believe i didn't see that one >.< ) and i watch this and feel like a failure lol.

@baazhimself All I can say is to get as much of a run up as you can, try using the village and just hold the right trigger! Not much else I can say

FYI, this doesn't work with armored horses, only regular ones, since the armored one's are slower and can't jump as far.

@guiterhero117 Something i didn't know until i tried, since they can jump over obstacles i figured they had equivalent abilities to normal horses but just a bit slower. @DSMGames There is one other in the Antico district. Terme di Traiano. Next to the entrance for the secret area, there is one up high but there doesn't seem to be any easy way up there.

It is South East of the Terme di Traiano marker. I have to go through the secret areas yet to find flags, but right now, that is the last one on the surface for me.
