They so need to bring this series back for good! Nothing is hotter in any industry then gaming at the moment! At least bring something back similar on any of the freeview channels. It would be so so much better then it ever had been too! Games are advancing so quickly as our cpu systems are stepping up in power more and more better games graphicly and gameplay wise!!

I always watched The Crystal Maze and Gamesmaster when I was young. They were the tops.

The Crystal Maze ran from 1990-1995 while Gamesmaster lasted from 1992-1998 yet that piece of shite which is Big Brother started in 2000 and is still going. However, I've heard it's being canned after this series. Shame Channel 4 didn't get the fucking message years ago and cancel that piece of realistic TV gameshow crap.

I have this episode on DVD. It came free with a GM magazine a few years ago.

2 things I want to point out though.

1) Martin Mather (the guy at 5:00 trying to play 2 Virtua Cop machines at once) is now working for Official Nintendo Magazine.

2) If the Tetsujin REALLY beat 100 people without being defeated, why does it say " Champion 16 wins" above his health bar when it should say 99?

According to Dave Perry they had trouble finding any competitors, only finding about 20 willing to do it, and some of them hadn't even played it. I'd have thought loads of people would want to, but depends how they find them. Probably didn't fight 100 though. although Dave Perry aint likely to have much good to say about it, either.
