I'm not a big fan of Safale. I've used it and my beer turned out mediocre at best.

Do yourself a favor and grab some White Labs WLP005 or WLP001 liquid yeast and do a starter. Yum!

I used US-05 in my Stout. Turned out great; very clean tasting with no fruity flavours.

Very Nice......... US-05 is a great dry yeast for a APA , add the corn sugar to up the ABV.... Dry hop with Cascade, for a Quad CAPA........
