@PonyBoiii All current existing macbooks in the market are fully functional of doing a double click, and this can be performed by just tapping two fingers on the trackpad, or clicking the bottom right/left corner of the trackpad

or you can do the old fashioned "control + click" but no one uses that outdated function anymore

and yes you can use any mouse, wireless or wired, by bluetooth or usb

the macbook pro has more drivers it needs to load. for example the firewire, lighted up keyboard and SDcard slot. also depends what Os you are running? snow leopard? leopard? also depends how much HDD space you have left on it. you will notice a difference if you have less then 10GB of storage left. I have a macbook pro 13 inch. im going to upgrade it to 8GB of ram and hopefully a bigger hard drive. good video BTW

Steve Jobs just though people wanted the metal, so he made the base macbook a metal one.
