I saw this with 4 others on Fripp Island, S.C. in 1981. we were within 12 ft from it. It hovered around off our back porch for about 15 minutes. It is something I will never forget.

the stationary camera allows you to observe the steady pace as it moves sideways, planets and stars will appear to move @ an angle and head up from the horizon, not laterally, at least not from ohio's vantage point.
I saw two of these back when I was a teenager out on Lake Erie. They were just floating in the sky, hovering in place, then they zipped off into the horizon, one heading west and one heading east. They both disappeared from sight off the horizon in less than 2 seconds. It was at night and me and my friends got a good look at it. I'm glad someone finally got some video of what we saw. This is what we saw, up to where they zip off the horizon in a flash.
Anyone who might be lucky enough to catch one of these, surely wouldn't be able to catch it zipping off onto the horizon. They just move faster than you could move the camera.

Go to a local university, and find a physics major, who will volunteer to be a witness, next time. And, use his camera, if possible. A taped affidavit would help, after that, too.
The twinling effect is caused by the camera's auto-focus feature. Making the light sharper and more hazy. Pretty simple trick that anyone can do with a cheap camcorder.
Oh, and the reason people get fooled and think the light is twinkling is because there is nothing else in the frame. If they put a tree in the same picture it would be going in and out of focus as well.

Looks like one of the bright planets setting, the atmosphere is charged with particles from the surface of the earth due to the effect of the sun's heat add to that pollution from us, this is why the sun sets are tinged orange/ pink.
and take into account the arc as the sun and moon start to set you have the effect of faster movement as they set. Still a beautiful shot, I now need a holiday just watching this video.

Go to a local university, and find a physics major, who will volunteer to be a witness, next time. And, use his camera, if possible. A taped affidavit would help, after that, too.

This is not a UFO.
It's Venus shot at sunset.
The twinling effect is caused by the camera's auto-focus feature. Making the light sharper and more hazy. Pretty simple trick that anyone can do with a cheap camcorder.

Oh, and the reason people get fooled and think the light is twinkling is because there is nothing else in the frame. If they put a tree in the same picture it would be going in and out of focus as well.

I have learned to take the "auto focus" OFF on the camera, it is not going in & out of Focus, try again.

i think this is a ufo.. cause or the radiomicodermic radiation causing the aliens to be kind and either try to take invasion on this planet with the agulublemdada with the 4 measurements to life. the 9.4 gigamanifest is basically a diagonal switch to which mankind will relate with the aliens due to the galaxy 8.7gigametatoriums.. soon the aliens will take lake erie right out of its place because it loves the lake so much

i would say thats the sun but its moving a lil so i think its a ufo i live a couple hrs away from lake erie so this kind scares me!

Looks like one of the bright planets setting, the atmosphere is charged with particles from the surface of the earth due to the effect of the sun's heat add to that pollution from us, this is why the sun sets are tinged orange/ pink.
and take into account the arc as the sun and moon start to set you have the effect of faster movement as they set. Still a beautiful shot, I now need a holiday just watching this video.

oh pff anyone can tell thats Venus... or the moon.. and it only looks like their moving because of carefully times blasts of electromagnetic radiation within the immediate vicinity causing the distortion of lights. It could also be a 2008 model year police car. I heard they switched over to Ford Chariots-of-fire... lol

I saw an orange orb recently also.. I thought it was the planet Venus but I realized it couldn't have been because venus is white.
