First the verse you pointed was talking God is not man and his son yes but it doesn't say God's son man or that God could not can not become man himself . And going you are ignore the most famous verse in bible John 3:14 " for God so loved that HE GIVE HIS ONLY SON" And how you explain the virgin birth of Mary, back then there was no way a woman in became without a man. So if Jesus was just a man it is scientifically impossible for Him to be born seeing that his mom was a virgin.
