@Jansengis if you want to bulk up i would suggest setting yourself a diet pkan that consists of a right amount of protein carbs fruit and veg! I found that having smoothies regurely is really helpful . for work outs set urself a timetable. Upper body middle lower. Differant each day and make sure u take a day or two off
Hey lance, got a question for you. I'm quite a skinny guy looking to bulk up. I know i have to eat a lot of food 5-6 times a day. But how should I work out, how many times a week, how often do i workout each body part? Should I do for example chest and tricep every monday, or should I do Upper body 1 day and lower body the next with 1 day rest after each session?
