@kag6 For the smaller hands(me included) to not cramp up from a crooked wrist. Many problems such as cubital tunnel syndrone come for over strectching you hands
Look up this songs tabs on ultimate-guitar, its played in a completely different way. Every time you "strum" you have to slap E at the same time during the main riff, and you got the notes all wrong dude.
@olflatop I was just tryin to help him out. I actually said it wrong anyway though; it's just slap and then rake the strings below. How does music being art have anything to do what I said at all. Yeah this is him replicating a peice of music (art). Which was played in a certain way.
@2MrTwoCents2 And this is the OP's interpretation. Just like the tabs are someone else's, etc. Some people might play note for note, others may have variations. My point is there's no one right or wrong way to play it, there's lots of 'em. I think this guy did a fine job.
@olflatop I was just tellin him how Les played it. There actually is a right or wrong way to cover songs.Covers are note for note actually but if you wanna think of it as a play a long then go ahead. I'm just sayin if you're gonna call it a cover, then cover it. Don't give your interpretation. He did what he thought he should do just fine though no doubt.

you suck balls you fuckin poser piece of shit, try playing the song without the music, try to sing it, your making yourself look bad for everyone in the world are you that untalented...you have to play with the music. im sorry i just want some talent when i look for covers, if you want to see someone that is dedicated to playing bass check this out... its not me or even someone i know i found the vid and was extremly impressed, to defy the laws of tradition cover by mr toonfish
awesome man, i actually just heard of this band and this is the first song i listened to by them and the bass playing is what i love about the whole song and you played it beautifully! nice work
excellent playing man, just one tip after that third triplet les moves up and hits the third fret of the G string along with the 5th fret of the D string for one strum, but other than that you played it very well
attay boy. nice job.
