You are totally right ! Finally a CS fan that isnt to in love with CS to see the decline in the quality. I soo wanted the last 2 albums to be great to me but they were just okay. I was sickened when I heard the song "Hollywood". It sounded like a jonas brothers wanna be pop turd.
Um...there hasn't been a decline in quality what so ever. The music is just different. You should listen to the newer album for more of a rock sound if you aren't into their softer side. I personally love CSoul more in this decade than I ever did when Ross was there. What Ross did was wrong. Joel is a good man. Oh and maybe you should try to listen to the rest of Afterwords instead of judging that excellent album based on one song.
