@chaoluv041 one thing you have to keep in mind its waxy if you dont like the wax get faber castell its dry so find out which is best for what ever you are doing whith them oh and the verithin are like leads that are not soft they are hard making colors look light
Thank you so much...you are a very good teacher...I am just getting into colored pencils for my cards and you really helped me learn about layering and blending.
Jacki, I am trying to find out the absolute best cardstock to use for Prismacolor Pencils and especially using OMS on it afterwards as you guys do in several Heroarts videos. Everyone simply says use a "good" quality cardstock. I need to guesswork taken out as I've already wasted money on several that are apparently tooo smooth.
@lisasigrist Hi, I personally have used Georgia Pacific because it was readily available and inexpensive at Wal-mart. The key to this blending technique is using a card stock that isn't coated. Some of the smooth to the touch and usually more costly card stocks are difficult to blend on.
I REALLY loved this tutorial!!! I really learned a lot!
but I have a question: what kind of paper are you using and where did you buy it from? thank you!
