See around, are yu manufacturing any of the modern conmforts and utilities that you are using. Muslims ahve learnt one science, making bombs. Anything else? Keith Moore wrote a very nice forward on his book that was released in Saudi etc only, however 11 years later he still does not teach the "the alaqa stage" in his medical books. Instead he teaches rather then a single alaqa stage the noted time frame is broken down into several stages.

No one claimed/is claiming that the Quran is a science book, however, 1400 yrs ago, the Quran summarized the major stages of embryology in less than sentence. It will be ridicules of Dr. Moore to stop his way of teaching embryology and start to teach it as written in the Quran, however, he acknowledged that the description of embryology stages in the Quran was amazing, and that is the point.
