  • Can everyone shut the hell up about his tattoos, he's here demonstrating a workout, and you guys are showing your ignorance by talking about something thats not even relevant to the video ..... Anyway, Awesome workout Danny! After watching your videos, I'm planning to just drop weight lifting and go into calisthenics, it seems a lot more challenging and fun and also I'm 17 so I think I'll have a good start .. Great motivation man!

  • @zerowolf94 actually he isn't really demonstrating a workout as he is showing some of his own exercise skills. I think demonstrating would imply that there was some sort of instruction on how to do the exercises properly.

  • @Thevide0123 Best thing for abs is to stay lean and eat clean (lots of plants and animals, few grains). My favorite exercises are ANYTHING hangings (leg raises, straight or bent, bicycles, windshield wipers, etc. ) Thanks for watching.

  • You know people really should incorporate more of these gymnastic type exercises to their work outs. Core stability and body weight control leaves you agile and solid from the mid section out. All movement starts from the core.

  • you jump so high, I'm curious if you bent your knees and how much you use your hip to "throw" yourself up. It looks like you can almost push yourself up to a standing position. :-D

  • @Vincentvanh1 Yeah now I'm curious for the side view too. When I started training for triple clap, I realized the two most important things for me were HEIGHT of jump and Shoulder FLEXIBILITY. I usually do drills just to see how high I can get. There may be some explosiveness at the hip. I cant tell. I'll borrow a camera soon shoot the side view. We shall see....

  • you should really try doing your human flags with a strait arm it really loads up the intensity

  • @chachiichachiii I agree. At the time of that video, I had only been working on the flag for a few months. Now that I can hold the bent-arm flag for 7-9 seconds, I'm focusing more on form-- keeping the top arm straight. It is intense. I'll be putting up another video shortly with some new stuff.
