@thicknerd i can play any note i'm told also. the best way to learn is by listening, and avoiding tabs at all costs (unless learning scales). there is to many variations of how solos and licks are tabbed out. and there's nothing worse when people tab out a chord progression.

@undertow146n2, Yeah, (But) they are used for very different things, fender's have a smooth bulky feeling to them which are good for blues or clean settings (don't get me wrong, they can be *metaly* too) and gibsons they are more of a metal type setting, but can be clean aswell, i would personally choose a gibson guitar aswell.

On the last riff, the 5th fret is supposed to be bent, and you can give all the notes a slight pinch to match th recording. That's how I do it and it sounds right to me.

second is (3 fret. A string, 3 fret. e string, 1 fret. B string)

and 3rd is (3rd fret. E string, 3 fret. e string, 3rd fret. B string)

then you do (open A, 2 fret. A, Open D, 2 fret. D, open G string, 2 fret. G, open G)

listen to the song and you'll get the right rythm
