  • they are going to return in the clone wars..plz!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Troan teroch, jetiise a'den! Man, Republic Commando is the best STAR WARS game ever!

  • I miss the Grenade launcher attachment. Fuck CoD's blatant rip off of it!

  • So the whole soundtrack is in mandalorian language ?

  • @Arcadia117 ya

  • Poor Sev'ika...

  • Kandosii.

  • 4 people are wastes of good genes...

  • @Logoscyth Or 4 people are hut'uun!

  • @shadowfox1383 I would say something similar to what you said, but my knowledge of the Mando'a language isn't advanced enough yet... by the way, if I ever see a Mando'a class start up, I'll be the first in line to sign up.

  • would love it if they did a remake of this game :)

  • @lolbug100 I'd love it if there was either a sequel or a book in the Republic Commando series that brings Sev back into the story...

  • @MASDERCHEEFOrigin ikr...but Traviss said that there was no chance that sevs fate was going to be discussed even if she had done other books :(

  • @lolbug100 WHY D;<

  • @lolbug100 Why?

  • @lolbug100 Why?

  • @lolbug100 Why?

  • Bei mir haben die Klone farbige Rüstungen ;J

  • Meh, just kidding, this is one of the best FPS-es out there.

  • Gears of Halo 3: Republic Commando

  • @kriszium ''the most epic game ever made..''

  • Haven't any of you ever considered that W0rMs4's comparison was a compliment?

  • @Fishstixj4l not exactly. if you read the new jedi order series the war with the yuuzhan vong is probably the worst possible war the galaxy had ever seen

  • I disobeyed yoda and went back for Sev

  • @TheMrhalo007 ...You are awesome. That was one of the only things i would (maybe) change about the book adaption thing of this: that his squad tell "General Yoda" where he can stuff his orders for retreat, and then hightail it off the ship to look for Sev. You rock.

  • @TheMrhalo007 can u

  • @TheMrhalo007 i tried too, but a cutscene interrupted me... hail sev!

  • @TheMrhalo007 stupid yoda for letting sev get lost!. That was not much jedi

  • The clone war was the most brutal war in the Star Wars galaxy HANDS DOWN!

  • And besides. Republic Commando is better than CoD.

  • @KingCommando32 Dude Republic Commando is better than Halo!

  • absolut geil

  • Sev found 4 people to have an intelligence problem and so he shot them with a sniper rifle.

  • @Sheamusownscena10 Dr. Sev diagnosed them with acute lead deficiency.

  • 4 clankers were here..

  • 4 super battle droids watched this.

  • 4 people are dar'manda

  • @ajslockshop well said, ner vod!

  • VODE AN KOTE FOR MAND'ALOR DHA WERDA VERDA ALWAYS FIGHT FOR MANDALORE

  • @mcinamberclad227

    all i understand is:

Brothers All And Glory For Mandalore?

  • FOR MANDALORE!

  • dude what happened to this game? i remember at the end it looked like they might make a second one they should and like u get a choice to either betray the jedi or not or something.

  • @luvetohate there was going to be a sequel called Imperial Commando, but they canceled it.

  • @tomclancy008 That was a sequel to the book series. Not a new video game...

  • @luvetohate I somewhat agree with you.

Yes, they should make a sequel (hell, go for a whole 4 other Republic Commando games), but the thing about clones (of all types) is they are pretty much "forced" to obey orders. If they get orders from a strange, black-hooded old man that they know who it is, they say: "Yes sir".

Maybe if they were... MIA? Then they might start being independent.

  • Kandosii sa kyr'am ast,

    Troan teroch jetiise a'den,

    Duraan vi at ara'nov.

    Vode an, ka'rta tor.

    Kote.

  • Republic Commando = Star Wars Call of Duty

  • @W0rMs4 No, you can't compare with that.

  • @W0rMs4 more like halo

  • @sdawg310 ALOT more like Halo.

  • @W0rMs4 Republic Commando = More badass than any COD i've ever seen or played.

  • @W0rMs4 More Brothers in Arms. . . Call of Duty dont have this Taktik.

  • @W0rMs4

Republic Commando IS the REAL Call of Duty.

Sequel should be called: Star Wars: Republic Commando: A Call of Duty

  • @KingCommando32 that would be an insult on the Mando'ade

  • @canadaislive

It's war. You fight in order to ether defend, infiltrate, or any action against the enemy. You're noting but a pawn on a chessboard on the field. So it don't matter. It's WAR.

  • @W0rMs4 that's an insult to how great this game is!

  • @W0rMs4 how dare you!

  • @W0rMs4 only good.

  • @W0rMs4 this game is original not like shit of duty

  • @W0rMs4 More like the classic Rainbow Six games...

  • @W0rMs4 That's a reason to have other 7 of them. Maybe a sequel with mandalorians.

  • @W0rMs4 better than call of duty, at least your squad watched your freaking back, since call of duty 2 it seems they haven0t bothered in touching the AI

  • @W0rMs4 OMG ... please go in hell ...

  • @W0rMs4 but Republic Commando is cool...

  • @W0rMs4 yeah but star wars is at least a milions times better then cod at least

  • @W0rMs4

    But better.

  • does this game have a mod that allows co op? that would be nice

  • fixer:head's up sqaud somthing bigs coming are way

scorch:i hope its not a spider droid

    *gates open*

sev:well guess what its a spider droid

  • Thats the best star wars game but battlefront 2 are better

  • so delta squad obeyed order 66?

  • @Donut1298 I would say that Delta Squad did obey Order 66 as some did go on to become Imperial Commandos

  • @FillianJPruscht they probably became imperial commandos :P

  • 66 was probably something subconsciously planted in the Clones. And when the order was given they were just acting on that response. Think about it, The Clones probably were not given individuality, that would just hinder their battlefield performance.

  • @NSAThrace At the end of the day, the Clones were all answerable to the Chancellor, and so Order 66 was something they had to do.

  • immer wieder geil

  • God damn Ominouis Latin Chanting. Thats what this is

  • @Mrcakeman34 its not latin its mandoa the language of the mandalorians

  • @reptarfreak12321321 thats pretty sick

  • @reptarfreak12321321 Gar lise jorhaa'ir Mando'a?

  • have someone lycris?

  • The song is sung in mando'a, The language of the mandalorians

    RANDOM FACT

  • really now people... mandalorians were bounty hunters worked for $ and the CIS had $ so clones fought mandos and katarn is an armor class

  • @TheJasonm10 Thats mandalorian mercanaries. Other mandalorians fighting to conquer.

  • EPIC :D

  • My dad Knows the luckas arts e-mail adress!

  • Lyrics :

    Kandosii sa kyr'am ast,

    Troan teroch jetiise a'den,

    Duraan vi at ara'nov.

    Vode an, ka'rta tor.

    Kote.

  • what language is this?

  • Mandalorian.

    the language of Jango Fett

  • Jango Fett was a clone. The creater as a matter a fact.

  • @visorak168x

Jango Fett was a mandalorian,Boba Fett was his clone (but his genome wasn't manipulated like the clone soldiers')

  • He was still a clone, and he pays for it later on.

  • @thornbjorg

Actually Jango was hired to clone himself by count dooku. Strange right? I cant really explain but all I remember is Jango asking for a clone for himself.

  • @longsolid9 the clone was his fee to do it

  • @TheJasonm10 along with millions of creds :P

  • @longsolid9 Yeah, it was supposed to be a "special" type of clone. I'm not saying a retarded type of special, but was very different from the other ones, if i'm correct, he just wanted it cloned, but not age as fast as the others. You know what he was named and whatnot, and I read a few books about him, apparentley, after his dad died, Dooku "took care" of Boba and then later, apparentley Boba gets a job to kill Grievious...

Don't ask, it was in a book.

  • Republic Commando 2 FTW!!! (Or "Imperial Commando"? Whaterver, just keep the Mando'a music)

    :P

  • MORE MANDO MUSIC!!!!!

  • @AdamWeith Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of the mandalorian music? Or am I wrong that the imperial soldiers were recruits and that the stormtroopers are actually clones.

  • Not all Stormtroopers were clones. After Order 66 the Clone Troopers became Stormtroopers, and after a while they started to recruit "normal" people into the Stormtrooper ranks. (If I don't remember wrong)

  • @AdamWeith yeah but much later during the waning days of the Empire they started cloning again for a short time (before anybody start's flaming I don't mean Kaminoian clones but Spartii Clones and yeah I'm a geek)

  • I've never said the opposite :)

  • As far as I know, here's how the chronology went for that.

1.First batch of republic soldiers: all clones from Kamino, w/Mandalorian culture from their trainers.

2.Later batches of republic soldiers: various places, not all w/Mandalorian culture.

3.Then it transitions to the Empire. You still have clones left over, but they eventually stop cloning and start recruiting (the later EU books make a big deal about how cloning is, at that time, an unusual thing in the military at least).

  • yeah but as I said, around Thrawn's time, the brought back cloning for a bit before it faded again. These clones were from Storm Trooper volunteers to flesh out the shrinking Stormtrooper Corp.

  • Who is Thrawn?

  • @visorak168x the only admiral of the imperial fleet who was an alien (who was also a damned good admiral at that)

  • A Chiss Galactic Empire's Grand Admiral who messed up the New Republic in 9 ABY

  • @MrRemicas What does ABY stands for?

  • @visorak168x After the Battle of Yavin, the year 0 in the Star Wars calendar (also episode 4)

  • @visorak168x Like everyone else said, the only alien admiral of the Empire. I don't know how he got in, because if i'm correct, the Emperor HATED aliens (those who were not of his race, let's leave it at that) serving as soldiers and whatnot, unless they were spies, mercs, etc. Trust me, i've played Forces of Corruption, Thrawn's in there, if you have Empire at War, you should get FoC, it'll help you learn a little bit of stuff.

  • @TheGameInfoGuy He got there by being very very good at his job. Thrawn could generally predict how a culture would react by analyzing their art,and plan accordingly. He was a military genius to the degree that not even The Emperor could ignore his skill.

  • The clones didn't copied the Mandalorians. The clones didn't even met them. The clone's armor was better than the Mandalorians' armor.

  • @visorak168x

the clone soldiers were Jango's clones, and the clone armor was a copy of the mandalorian armor

  • @thornbjorg the clones are based on Jango and Jango is a Mandalorian, well not an ancient one =P

  • @meesieyo

Jango's parents were killed on mandalore during the fight with the jedi. A tribe of other mandolorians said that he can stay and die or be one of the very few and last remaining mando's (the warrior type). Jango left madalore and became what he is now. The deadliest assasin in the galaxy...until mace killed him

  • @longsolid9 no,jango is from concord dawn his family died exept her sister and jaster mereel adopted him during the mandalorian civil war

  • @TheJasonm10 totally forgot about jaster and the sister

  • @visorak168x Actually the Republic Commando clones met some Mandalorians. As they were their Sergeants. Such as the famous Kal Skirata. And RC Delta's Sergeant: Walon Vau.

Also the ARCs, Alpha Batch were trained by Jango Fett.

Armor's material is Katarn. I think the Mandalores used it as well but they mostly used Beskar (mandalorian iron)

  • @visorak168x yea yea sure better than Beskar yet Beskar could take repeated lightsaber blows and clone armor could hardly stop a vibroblade

  • Clone armor was not better than beskar :)

  • they should make the "republic commando" a class in the new star wars mmo.

  • theres a republic trooper same as a commando but with a diferent name :S

  • its a republic trooper... not a clone commando. that's what i meant.

  • its 90% similarity trust me

  • maybe but still i dont find it the same:P + it isnt the same time line

  • how could they have a clone commando, the time line doesnt really support that

  • @MechaOut That's essentially what you are when you pick the Trooper class. You're not just any disposable trooper, you're of the elite.

  • @MechaOut you wouldn't be able to. The Old Republic takes place long before the Clone Wars.

  • @MechaOut Its funny because they did just that.

  • @MechaOut

Well, the Republic Trooper class is very similar to a Republic Commando in the way that both have undergone extensive training and are packing a lot of firepower.

The Trooper class is actually named stupidly - it would make more sense if it was called "Republic Elite" or just "Republic Commando". :)

  • @MechaOut lol yeah!

  • @MechaOut THE OLD REPUBLIC IS BEFORE THE CLONE WARS!

  • @darklordfry LOL SO TRUE

  • @darklordfry The Old Republic was still around during the Clone Wars. It ended a few hours after the war was over.

  • @ODST14 what I meant was that the OLD (emphasis on OLD) Republic, as in Revan and Malak era was before the Clone Wars. Besides, in the more acknowledged Old Republic terms, technically, it was just a militarized state under Palp's rule, so I say it doesn't count.

  • @ODST14 Yeah, but which old republic huh? :D There were two old republics :D

  • @Sunshrine2

See Wookieepedia. The Old republic like the one during and before the Clone Wars was lead by the Jedi against the Sith Order.

  • @KingCommando32 I know..... :D :D :D I think you didn't get the poent of my comment :D read all the comments again :)

  • @Sunshrine2

    Never mind.

  • @darklordfry The 'Old Republic' is also used as a term to refer to the Clone Wars-era Republic once the New Republic was formed. I think it was 7 years after Darth Sidious' death?

  • @MechaOut they cant cus the republic didnt exist during that time period

  • @2009joshyboy Yes it did...... That's why the game is called "The Old REPUBLIC" :P

It's still the Republic, but it's old. The Old Republic. HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW THAT!?

    (i r nerd)

  • @WafflezDay I R Nerd, here me rawr. XD Bravo on geeking out as well, by the way. I salute you.

  • @WafflezDay Yeah but this was still like 3,000 years before the films, so the Republic existed but the clone army didn't

  • @Lonewolfpackleader I never said anything about clones... Clones don't make up the Republic. Don't know if your agreeing with me or bringing in something I never mentioned.

  • @MechaOut They did. The Trooper.

  • i had a group on splinter cell chaos theory called Clan Ordo thats how much i love Mandalorians

  • "One heart of Justice"

  • nice vid

  • Maybe we can be part of a clan of Mandalorians? That'd be kick ass!

  • we should form clans

  • HOPEFULLY, with the new Knights of the Old Republic nearing its end, LucasArts will realize what fans really want, a new Republic Commando!!! Not another lame Battlefield/RolePlaying!!! If they made a new RC, I gurantee it would hit shelves with the force of a thermal detonator! This was one of the very few memorable games made and considering the amount of sequels that KOTOR has recieved you'd think they could make a sequel to this! I am not a very patient nerd!!

  • Well, Karen Traviss said she would let the cliffhanger be, she did not agree to continue the story.

  • i wish they would make a new star wars commando game with more stuff on multiplayer and more charetors to chose from asome music and asome game

  • the song its from in the level ghost ship i think

  • Well they play it throughout the game but yeah they play it when ur fighting the heavy trando mercenary... er they do when i play it at least

  • arn't most of these songs mando'a?

  • The sound quality could be better, but this is a magnificent song.

  • And also in the game Star Wars Republic Commando on the original xbox. on the ghost ship mission..there is a secret passage where Boss see a Lightsaber and he says: ''An elegant weapon for a more civilized time, eh? Well, guess what? Times have changed! '' so if you know waht it means...it means that Delta squad was working for the empire in the same time that they was working with the republic

  • The Empire didnt exist yet. Plus no Trooper knew that they would have to slaughter all the jedi one day. Some didnt obey, like Omega Squad. And in the "Rise of Darth Vader" books some trooper helped jedi escape. The troopers were suppose to follow the jedi, not the Republic since they were created by jedi Mast Sifa Dyas or however u spell his name.

  • sifo dyas you were very close

  • @starr3773 If they let some jedi escape, they would be some jedis in the glactic civil war.

  • @starr3773

they werent created by Dyas, Dyas put them basically on layaway and payed for them. He paid Kamino to make a clone army and somehow he was killed

  • @longsolid9 Count doku had him killed so the jedi wouldnt find out about it he was working with him before he betrayed the jedi order

  • @starr3773

The funny thing is, there actually was an Order 65 to bring down the chancellor himself if he was corrupt. Too bad the Jedi didn't use that.

  • @TheTrohl The chancellor is Darth Sidous.

  • @starr3773 501st knew

  • @starr3773

Sifo Dyas was murdered by Dooku who then took over the project, the Clones (pretty much all of the normal troopers) had a 'programming' in their genes which was Order 66. This was Sidious' plot all along. The Clones were basically just following their coding, most of them were good friends with the Jedi and were saddened that they had to do it.
