I have a 17" LCD Fullscreen monitor and I'm thinking about getting a 22" LCD Widescreen monitor but I'd have to change my 8600GT first because the games would lag like hell at 1650 x 1080. Would a 9800GTX handle that resolution well?

Ive always had dual monitors, my last setup was a ViewSonic 19" CRT flatscreen paired with a Dell UltraSharp 17" LCD...and that was a nice setup...My new LCD's kick my old displays asses alllllll over the place lolo!

It has both DVI and VGA connections. It even has a built-in USB-hub and speakers. Do not use the speakers though =)

It's one of the brightest LCD screens ever. It has crystal clear colors and it's almost like having a crt screen in front of you but with all the advantages of an LCD screen. It's an awesome screen.

I have the same monitor... and it's an awesome one... and Half-Life and all other games and movies are just great to say and play on it!! A very good monitor if you can afford it... I would recommend it to everyone.

Intel Core2Duo 6320, 1,87GHz - Ati X1900XT, Kingston 2x1024MB RAM to name the hardware that counts. I am running HL2 on full graphics settings. Note thats it's an old game and most of todays pc's can do the same.

Both are good monitors. The resolution I'm using is 1680x1050 with all settings on it's max. My system is a Core2Duo 6320, 2GB of RAM and X1900XT graphics card. A very casual setup.

you made a good choice, ive had two 226bw's and both fucked up, one with shit inside the screen, and one with extreme ghosting, im getting this monitor very soon :)
