i have this problem with my ipod classic 80gb. when i play a current song, it skips or it will just play the half way of the song then is skips! but the other songs are just fine! can somebody explain or give me a solution with this? i'm currently listening to adele's 21 album right now but i can't because of that problem. please, help me to fix this! pm me or just reply to this comment. thank you!

you do realise when you charge your ipod with a silicone case the silicone works as a really good insulator and your ipod will over heat well mine and my parents bout did and if you try to send it back to apple they say its your fault tough luck and put the phone down so beware
i have an iPOd Video 30gb and i have a different problem with my cover flow: some words in some albums' names do not appear! example: The Emancipation of Mimi apears like "Emancipation Mimi"...
The reason I would give for this would be probably due to the fact that it is a longer title and the iPod classic is only packin a 2' screen. I check The Emancipation of Mimi on my iPhone and the whole title shows, but the screen is much larger. I guess the iPod tries to shorten it to fit without confusing you. Thanks for your comment : )
who even uses cover flow its too slow they should add a function like when youre going through artists where if you scroll fast enough it goes to the first band of each letter in the alphabet as opposed to going to each invidual artist
I have since ditched this iPod because I now have an iPhone 3Gs, and I have found tht the cover flow is better designed to work on these touch screen devices. The iPod classic was a bit slow to load the images. And that is an excellent idea. Thanks for the comment : )
i also have a problem with my ipod nano 4G coverflow, alot of the songs aren't in the right order and the most annoying thing is that on some of my albums, it shows up the same album like five times even if there is only one album :(
OK, what you need to do is take all songs from that album, highlight them, get info, and then make sure they all have the same artist, album artist and album title...I find that it works if you erase everything and then type the information in again because iTunes is retarded and even if you make a small mistake it will make multiple albums out of one...I hope that solves your problem, let me know if it doesn't...
