Like all the picts-I just finished watching season 3 of McLeod's Daughters & she was terrific in it!!! Sorry that she had decided to move on. When I heard she was also a singer I wondered if perhaps she sang some of the songs on the show but then learned otherwise. That would have been a great added touch to have her do that as well.

Anyone ever sent her a fan letter? Just curious...

I just know her from McLeod's daughters and loved it. I cried my eyes out when Claire died. It was such an emotional episode.

I really love Lisa Chappell, I think that she's without a doubt the best actress in the world. I just can't believe she's different in real world. Last week i read some facts about her, one of her favorit tv-series is Friends, that's like my favorit serie. And she's so pretty.

I wouldn´t have liked Claire that much if her character wasn´t played by Lisa Chappell - she did a fantastic job at playing her but no way the McLeod´s crew should have kept her at the show if she didn´t want to ... that would have ended up in a catastrophe because you realize if an actor/an actress likes his/her job or not...anyway, Lisa is a fantastic singer as well so I wish her all the best for her music-carreer <3

So, guess her leaving is a double-edged sword? I would rather she had cut out the theatre and stuff I don't get like "Desperate Remedies" but hey, it's her life and I'm thankful for even one episode of Claire (love seeing her wearing the hat) or one song!

I don't blame Lisa for wanting to move on but I do blame the MD people for letting her go. They should have pinned her arse from the get go with a non-negotiable contract that would have required her to do the entire show. (especially after auditioning over 400 others just to get her in the first place)
