scopes take all the fun outta shooting and you should be able to hit that target everytime without a scope

@potymouf1 I was being facecious bud - I am comfortable engaging targets up to 500 yards open sights. I can handle 100 yards with a 22 just fine with or without optics. :)

@nsnutter cool i dont know if i could hit anything past a hundred yards never found a range far enough

i shoot at a conservation/indiana dnr shooting range and its only got a trap rang and a 15 yard pistol then fifty yard line and the longest is two man only hundred yard

i had (it broke) a springfield savage arms model 187a that i could hit anything with out at the range with iron sight
