I actually have never noticed this myself... but at the very start of the Video, you can see him rotating around the crowd ridiculously fast, right before I zoom in on him

and I had effects off, which is why you don't see the shooting -- you should be able to hear it tho :)

The Opux luxury Yachts spawns in at least one mission.

Of the three Luxury Yachts that exist in the universe, two are player-controllable. One was acquired during an event, during which Iece Quaan boarded it after an actor ejected from it. The second was given out by CCP to a couple from New Zealand known in-game as Caytlyn Rose and Ramius Monteagne, who got engaged on the stage at the 2005 Fanfest and are now married. The third is unflyable and currently in orbit of one of the moons in the Lirsautton system.

Entity bought it for an unconfirmed amount of ISK from Doc Brown. Doc Brown was given it by the Game Devs for successfully killing the non-respawning, npc pirate faction leader "Fatal." Allegedly, the battle between Doc Brown and Fatal took 4 hours and raged over the better part of a constellation. This is, of course, according to Doc Brown who is, like everyone else, very eager to talk himself up. Just an interesting anecdote in case you hadn't already heard it.

there are 2 player owned Opux Luxury Yachts, and one nonplayable in Lisautton I think. Or Lisauttone? Don't remember it properly. There were 4 Tribal Issue Tempest, don't know how many are alive now.

I heard there were three dispensed, one of which was stolen from a game dev and the other two of which were given to couple as a wedding gift after they proposed and fanfest. Knowing EVE, more than one have probably been blown up by now.

They never gave it out in a contest. In a storyline event, the "owner" ejected from it in protest ("owner" was really a GM's character) and a player boarded it.
