later on, Joker lured Jason into kind of a pit or something, beat him to an inch of his life with a crowbar and planted a bomb into the building (I think Joker left out before the explosion)...he eventually comes back but not without some repercussion (sp?) from a concussion...

I LOVED this part of HUSH. Easily one of the highlights of the story. One of Batman's best ever fights. And of course, proof why bringing Jason back form the dead was a good idea. And you captured that perfectly in this video, mate.
Chris Nolan should use the Jason Todd Robin in his next Dark Knight film. If he decides to use Robin it would make the film darker because Nolan could have Jason todd get killed and it'll make Robins story even darker. Then Batman will be alone again and haunted and feel blamed for the death of Jason Todd. Readers could call 2 different 900 numbers, one keeping Jason alive, the other killing him for good. The verdict was death by a margin of 72 votes. People just didn't like Jason.
Well, Dick was very popular, and nobody really likes having their favorite character replaced. They were more careful with Tim though, made sure there were a lot of connections to Dick. Dick approved of Tim becoming the next Robin and I think that left Dicks fans at ease. That's how it was for me and a lot of other people.

Jason Todd was killed by Joker to put it simply, but the complex story goes back to Jason Todd looking for his mother and the Joker framing his mom for murder
later on, Joker lured Jason into kind of a pit or something, beat him to an inch of his life with a crowbar and planted a bomb into the building (I think Joker left out before the explosion)...he eventually comes back but not without some repercussion (sp?) from a concussion...
Grayson didn't die, he's Nightwing...guess he just matured

yeah I think he is a cool hero. They should make sure he doesn't become one of those heroes that doesn't mind killing. he's pretty interesting without having to resort to that.

I LOVED this part of HUSH. Easily one of the highlights of the story. One of Batman's best ever fights. And of course, proof why bringing Jason back form the dead was a good idea. And you captured that perfectly in this video, mate.

Chris Nolan should use the Jason Todd Robin in his next Dark Knight film. If he decides to use Robin it would make the film darker because Nolan could have Jason todd get killed and it'll make Robins story even darker. Then Batman will be alone again and haunted and feel blamed for the death of Jason Todd. I know the joker kills Jason in the comics but since i doubt they'll use Joker in the next film with the death of Heath Ledger like maybe the Riddler can kill him if Riddlers in it.

Nah, Grayson was better than Todd. Besides, we already had a jason todd (even if the producers misnamed him as grayson) and he was just a whining teenager trying to be badass and failing miserably.

No it was calyface, he mentions to clayface that he knew he wasnt jason because the fighting style was so simalar to tim drake's robin, and remebering that clayface nevver fought jason todd he peiced it together.

in Batman Annual 25, t hey retconned it, saying that half of Jason Todd's appearence in Hush was actually Jason, and, while Batman didn't see him, he changes places with clayface

Jason was beaten with a lead pipe by the Joker and was left for dead as a bomb's timer was going on. The final page of the comic left his fate up in the air. Readers could call 2 different 900 numbers, one keeping Jason alive, the other killing him for good. The verdict was death by a margin of 72 votes. People just didn't like Jason.

Well, Dick was very popular, and nobody really likes having their favorite character replaced. They were more careful with Tim though, made sure there were a lot of connections to Dick. Dick approved of Tim becoming the next Robin and I think that left Dicks fans at ease. That's how it was for me and a lot of other people.
