Hey EvilYakuza! Thanks for making this video. I already knew the basics of making a video but I used some of the programs you recommended to make mine, and I think it turned out looking and sounding nicer then it would have without your advice.

I used Fraps for video recording.

I used Audacity for voice recording.

I used Camtasia for video editing.

but this can look so bad if there is animation for example a flag or water etc? any advice? or just try to avoid flags when clip chopping?

for example you say one thing and then you say another thing really quickly by cuting it, if you have a waving flag in the backdrop, it will jump all over the place cause of the cutting?

That´s why you record only your voice, and put the flag sound sample for example on a different track

Right. I just downloaded it and there is many options: taking screenshots, selecting screen or rectengular area to record. And quality seems quiet good. So if you try it out, tell me you're comment.

Thanks for the advice on proportions but, thats not really what i meant and in vegas 9 those proportians arnt an option. what i meant was :

if i could like cut of the mini map and the bar with the skils,quests, equipment., cauze the demo version of fraps only can do full screen but i do really like fraps help me out plz :)

What I do is film the entire screen, then using the pan/crop event tool to zoom in so you don't see the map etc. (right click on your clip, at the top somewhere)

You obviously don't know what you mean, yourself. There are no "voice over programs". He most likely uses Windows's built-in sound recorder, or records his voice while also recording RuneScape with Camtasia or Fraps, or, most likely, records his voice as a sound file in Sony Vegas or Audacity, and uses Sony Vegas to edit it in to his video.

are you on a pc? if you are, they have a program called sound recorder you can use, and if you dont have a microphone you can use an old pair of headphones from an ipod or mp3 player.

Btw guyz another good backround noise removal programm is adobe auditor, and it is really good to change the pitch and things like this too, though it is not free I think that if you buy it, it would really be worth it even for your future videos!
