@jrk987 That totally depends, most of it is still bodyweight exercises but it totally depends on the trainer and the student.
I'm from a martial art background and we do mostly bodyweight exercises, the only exercises that we do with weights are squat-like exercises and the weights are people hanging on our back.
Weight training has it's benefits but on the same time it's like using steroids, the results are generally quicker but it also breaks down your body at the same time.
Nice with the handstand pushups. Slacked off for a while, myself. Just out of curiousity, how long did it take you to get from the regular handstand pushups to the uneven ones?
I just read the introduction to Convict Conditioning.
And you are dissing weight lifters.
How about football or basketball players.
What kind of training do they do?
Isn't it a combo of both weight and body weights?
