  • That's amazing. This and pizza makers are both incredible to watch.

  • why is this so fascinating?? O.O

  • it looks like gum :3

  • Hahahahaha! Noodles is a funny word! But that's awesomely ninja likee!!

  • That is incredible.

  • Wow. You see a whole lump of dough then all of a sudden they turn into perfect strands of noodles

  • waaaao!

  • So cool

  • WOW HE SO FAST? AWESOME XD

  • I don't know why, but I want to eat it raw...

  • Whoa

  • what language are they speaking in the background? (not the English ones, the one the lady yells)

  • @Spanishfutbol2010 mandarin. a dialect of Chinese

  • absolutely amazing!!love chinese food and have been working on Chinese language as well!

  • can this be done to make spaghetti pasta?

  • @rainewater24 I think Pasta dough is a bit stiffer and can't be stretch like that. More reason why pasta dough has to be cut or process. Pasta and ramen noodle are more similar.

  • @Moe7133 Yeah, your right about the pasta dough. They use wheat or bread flour to make the noodles, as it's higher in gluten than ordinary flour. This is why it's able to stretch without tearing, after 20 minutes of kneading of course :)

  • Love Chinese food.

  • Those are the real real real real real real real noodles, nice!!! getting hungry of this vid.....

  • Weaabos Alert

  • this guy is gansta! so so thug life! so sad to see him in the shit part of town, but then again that's where greatness is born in.

  • Adam usta olmuş Sagomm :D

  • cmq nn sembra difficile basta farci 1 pò la mano....l'unica cosa vorrei sapere se usano una farina particolare...sembra molto elastica la pasta....che sia manitoba?

  • oh my GAAAD it MAAAJIK

  • The lady is saying, "Hurry the fuk up, the dog stew is getting cold".

  • @paochoua Not many people in China eat dog. You cant buy dog meat in the market. The only way you go to eat dog meat in China is to find some dog meat restaurant which really shows dog meat is totally not a daily food in China. By the way, Chinese dont eat cats. You need to allow some crazy guy exist in 1.4 billion. And also here that lady didnt say like that. You are lieing.

  • i make noodles blindfolded with my hands tied behind my back

  • @Killinemdead1 Chuck Norris makes them with his nipples

  • This is what I call "Food Art"! I love ramen!

  • @lyue1996 The guy would bitch slap you with the dough if he heard you say it was ramen to his face haha.

  • @iTouchin Well actually, did you know that "ramen" came from the chinese words "la mien"? "la" meaning pull and "mien" meaning noodles. Because the Japanese do not have "l" in their language, they change to "r". And they change the "mien" to "men" because it fits their language better this way. But I agree, this guy prob would bitchslap anyone who said that it was "ramen" lol.

  • he does it so fast and yet it also looks like he's almost aggressive with the noodles...how the hell does he do it?

  • @AZN7 He stretches it ... and it takes years to learn ..

  • @lyue1996 REALLY? stretches and takes years to learn eh? lol, what insightful advice, thanks for pointing out the obvious smartass

  • @AZN7 Literrally, years. It may look easy. But it is really hard. Why don't you try it yourself ^_^

  • @AZN7 Stretching them has to be perfect. if you stretch one too much, you have to do it again. Even a little mistake in stretching can't make the noodles good.

  • The guy making the noodles looks like he has about had it with people watching him

  • you have to hit the dough and work it a lot to make it stretchy such a simple thing to do but it's hard not to break the noodles.

  • Hey, this is really cool! i know i couldnt do something like that :(

  • i'd kill to have some fresh pulled noodles like this....

  • Comment removed

  • @bbaarrttddeemmooeess If you use durum-wheat, the gluten will be too strong making it impossible to pull.

  • @TheStronglefty hahaha i stupid yeah now i read it its sounds so stupid hes useing rise flour that has less to nothing so it streching way better dont use oil water is just fine and hes roling it in the same flour just to be sure that it wont stick togeter durum-wead is like only glutens XD let me remove my mistake

  • My daddy once made me hand-pull his noodle, and his mates :(

  • just doin ur work... no fake smiles... no attitude... yet, simple n sophisticated... this 1 is 1 of d best video in making hand-pulled noodles in youtube...

many other videos seem too pretentious

  • noodle dough is made with hard wheat flour, high in gluten, makes it very stretchy.

  • @itroll2vent Asian made flour for pulling noodles is actually a lot less in gluten than our regular noodles. We will have to combine cake flour, with regular in order to get the perfect gluten amount for puling noodles.

  • Man i want some noodles now :F

  • its magic! XD nice video

  • This made me want to make noodles xD

  • lol 0:39 he accidentally rips the thin and rolls it again but didn't look at the camera and tries to keep cool lol

  • He does not look thrilled to have people recording him working haha.

  • In New Jersey there is a korean/chinese food place where the Mexican cooks do that. Mandarin restaurant in Palisades Park.
