3d effect at theatre was awesome, does anyone has seen the dvd 3d version? I know it looks on different tecnology (stereoscopy instead of polaryzed glasses) and i was wondering it the 3d is cool on home tv anyway or if it just isn't worth the buying. tnx (p.s. the chick runs naked in the movie, but in this trailer she has her underwear on, weird)

the effects arent nearly as cool as in the theater. but it still looks good. i think the 3d dvd comes with a regular version too. regardless, its not gonna look good unless you have a big tv and its completely dark in the room. a nice surround system with 2 subs would be preferred. (ps - its called takes)

Seen it in cinema didnt hav 3d screen but still brilliant. Got the dvd but coz the technology isnt der to put the cinema 3d onto a disc i wish id seen it 3d on da big screen now! Still cant get my head around how Tom kills da guy in the mine even tho hes in da cage. I know he hallucinates and sees Harry killin him but the bit at the end shows he locks himself in, yet in the film he gets kicked in the cage. Anyone know?

Haven't seen it without the 3D, but it makes it a lot more fun to use the glasses. I've seen a lot of 3D movies, and usually you get used to the whole "twitch-scare" pretty quickly. Not so with this. It's so well done that everytime it happened, my mates and I jumped. And that's eight 20 year old guys. It's awesome.

The dvd comes with 4 pairs of the red and blue 3d glasses (i imagine the bluray would be the same) But the 3d used in the dvd isn't the same technology used in theaters.

the Glasses come with red/magenta colored lens so it's easier to watch with those but if you want to really enjoy the 3D dvd or bluray version i recommend you to watch it on a hdtv over 50'' or if you have a HD projector it will work great!!
