wooow.... i was in the student section.. the best nebraska i've been to.. the student section went CRAZY! everyone around me fell down an i ended up with a sprained ankle.. but it was all worth it!!! :D go huskers!!

I was 15 when we lost the 1994 Orange Bowl on a kick that sailed wide left. I couldn't help but think of that when Henery lined up for this monster. Man, hearing the crowd freak out like that was just SWEET!

I was in section 36 row 44, and I had a perfect view of that kick. I've never been picked up and kissed by so many strangers in my life! It was an AWESOME moment.

Coach Hawkins reaction is my favorite part of the whole kick. He watched it go through, smiled and said, "Wow." Then he went back to work trying to get his team into FG range.

That's the loudest Memorial Stadium has been in a long long time. It should never have been that close, but its a great symbol for the season.

haha i didnt even care about any of the games after pederson got fired and tom osborne filled in. i knew billy was going to get fired and that season was moot. it never felt like nebraska football in all 4 years of callahans tenure anyway. pelini has really got us on the right track, even though it was evident from this game that they have a long way to go to get rid of big mental breakdowns (especially in nationally televised games, if you havent noticed.) well get there though.
