Yes, IT IS VERY SPECIAL, so special in fact that I've been very busy reg. the product as a Domain name etc. Freaked me out when I ran through a few tests. The cell is the simplest design I could think up, It consists of just two stainless steel pipes, one within the other, very similar to the tubes in the Stan Meyer Videos, the increase in production is attributed primarily to the modifications that I worked on the tubes. That turned it into a mini stormmaker/water breaker.

I'm going to issue a challenge to Powertube on Utube, to see if his device can produce more gases than STORMMAKER1.
Obviously, a lot of individuals are much further along in their experiments than me.
But, for the size and simplicity of my system,
I'm going to believe(at least for now)that Stormmaker1 is in a class by itself.
