  • I have been following MIke M as well and i did the workout you two did in the videos. I then, listened to a lecture that he gave and said to do: workout 1. dips/deadlift. workout 2 lat pull/squat. is this the best method still?

    was ist beim HIT eigentlich wichtiger? Die Wiederholungszahl oder die Dauer der Belastung? Also ist es besser 6 Wiederholungen zu machen oder auf 60 sekunden Belastungsdauer?

  • @Struggler10 Belastungsdauer ist wichtig da verschieden muskel gruppen unterschiedliche belastungs dauer haben. Ich habe viel experiementiert und habe sehr viel gelernt das ich momentan in meinem neuen Video/DVD auch zeige.
