I am on your side that Charlene Gonzalez is the best one of those 10 finalists with her own benefit representing the host country. And she was also fine at the interview competition. Zapata gave 9.9 to Colombia but he wasn´t the only one who gave that score to Miss Colombia... So, She deserved that average score. The highest and the lowest score are eliminated and the average score is calculated with the other jugdes scores.
