and in each case the the problems have been put right after the death. The same will happen at Puckpool as soon as someone dies.

@superiorcultivator Well if that is the case why have other sea-walls, with only a three feet drop, got barriers? ie the continuation of this sea wall all the way to Appley park has barriers. Very reassuring to a parent whose young child whose child has just fallen ten feet onto the beach that the child hadn't shown common sense.

not good i have to say, but then again theres is plenty of places you can walk along where you can fall, like all the public foot paths along the cliffs...., so common sense has to come into it, you dont "have to" walk that way, you do so at your own choice and at your own risk so they wont put anything up, only in the area where more people will be, which they have done.

they have finally cleared the stones along the sea wall along with all the weeds that were growing there, trouble is all the weeds have just been chucked onto the beach! Check out my channel background I took some pictures that I will forward to the council.

In fact that would solve the problem of the Islands dependence on land fill ----They could just chuck all the Islands waste onto the beach, I wouldn't put it past them!!

There is a good 10foot+ drop from the pathway to the beach in between the beach huts...plus the winds can push you that way too.

I think that this absolutley dredful that us tax payers arnt being asked for more money to remove stones from the footpath at puckpool. I for one would demand that the Isle Of Wight County Council raise the taxes to a more reasonable level to pay for a little man to sweep the stones up.
