i watched this video a long time ago and it was indeed filmed before tbc and all priests are 60. The staff you see with the slight glow is the Benediction/anathema a epic priest staff that is rewarding from downing Major Domo the 2nd last boss in MC. He has a 50% chance of dropping either a leaf (hunter) or a eye (priest). The quest chain use to be quite long and hard. This downage is quite incredible considering there were only about 4 shadowpriests in the group making the dps incredibily low.

I'm pretty sure i saw a shadow priest tanking. and if you look at the raid groups near the middle you see 2 slots are empty. It wouldn't be the first time a shadowpriest has tanked ony. If you are refering to the furry guys you see at the beginning of the video, those are just furbolg costumes you get from a low level ally quest.
