I was briefly gothreaper's friend back in 06 and she didn't deserve the things that were done/said about her. Sad what some people will do just to please themselves. Whatever happened to her anyway? I've watched a number of gothreaper's videos and i dont think you can exactly label her a leader. First she calls herself gothreaper. Second she likes to expose her overhanging belly and flap it, draw on it, talk with it, etc...Third, i cant understand what she's saying most of the time. She sure is funny though.

I said she lead with a courageous spirit, which she did. Its kind of sad and pathetic to me that some have to get a laugh out of others with disabilities or those who "appear" weaker. The jeering worked though... she has left Youtube forever. She only wanted to express herself. Hope people in your life overlook your shortcomings enough for you to express yourself. Probably not though, if you get your jollies out of others who are hurting. Sad situation all the way around.

Yes, Ive always loved Joni. In fact when I was 24 yrs. old I worked for a friend of hers at a cashmere sweater shop in OC, california. She always wanted to introduce us. But back then I was scared to death to meet Joni so I would sidestep every time she suggested it!!! Of course now I would meet her in a heartbeat. :)

I watched a video of yours in which you asked for help with sound quality. What I hear sounds fine so i'm wondering now what you did to make the sound improvements. Great song and great singing. Most all my friends are singer songwriters and none are better than you. I posted some videos and the ones with actual singing were just shot with and 8mm camcorder with builtin mic and it does the job for me. It is no pro sound i'm sure but it sounds good enough.

So far I just bought a new logitech unidirectional mic for 30 bucks along with a usb hub. It seems to be a whole lot better than the camera mic. :) pi

H00k, c'mon - it's not that the voice is 'shitty' - it is recorded live, flat, no reverb, no EQ, no audio normalization, with a shitty web came mic. Trust me - take most pro artists, strip out the back-end engineering, and they REALLY shoudl like dogshit. The raw material here, is actually pretty good.
