Se battre pour la France (bien sur cela ne se pose pas comme remarque...) c'était aussi se battre pour sa Révolution et les idées qu'elle avait fait naitre dans les peuples d'Europe et du monde

Et bien sur que toute cette Histoire a un lien avec 1789 et que sans 1789 elle n'aurait pas eu lieu tout simplement

ils se battaient pour la France bien sur mais aussi la gloire oui c'est un fait, parce que pour la 1ère fois dans l'histoire, ce n'était pas sa naissance, son "sang" qui pouvaient vous porter au plus hautes fonctions mais son mérite et son abnégation quelques soient ses origines sociales

Et cela bien sur que c'est la Révolution Française qui l'a permis et emmené

Tu te doutes bien que bon nombre de hauts dignitaires et de hauts commandants militaires sous l'ancien régime ne sont pas restés en France après la Révolution et l'instauration de la République

Et si les plus droits d'entre eux et réels amoureux de leur pays (et pas seulement d'un roi et d'un système royaliste qui leur donnaient tous les droits...) ont eu la "classe" de ne pas se mêler des guerres de toute l'Europe royaliste contre leur pays, beaucoup au contraire l'ont fait
