@MaGiCxJoKeR StarCraft is a strategy game, based on 3 races, Terran (Humans), Zerg (Aliens), Protoss (High tech aliens) the zerg is the main enemy of this game, I dun really agree with multiplayer, but the story mode is awesome, if first person shooter games the only thing you play than this game might not be for you.

Actually you spend about the same time and money to get Dts and Banshee. DTs are permanently cloaked but on the other hand they pretty much die inside the enemy base whereas the same banshee can come and go and do tons of damage. Also Banshees have a lot more hitpoints than DTs. Throw a PDD and the protoss will need Archons, storms or air units to kill the banshees, units he usually wont have since we always go robo at first because its the only build that gives us detection.

Did anyone else notice when the battle started it was an equal supply army, but the terran still won. Yes it wasnt the best composition, but it was decent. So much for the toss being so supply efficient. Not saying it's imbalanced what I'm saying is pound for pound toss isnt the strongest.

@magnum4magnets82 yeah, ptoss isnt cost efficient till higher tech with collosus and HT. Makes me so sad when i lose games similar to this one, banshee was reflected with almost 0 damage, but terran 1base play is too good. Takes no micro and tanks/banshees are too cost efficient in the early game. I think teching that fast to starport should cost more honestly, imagine a ptoss going DT's, only getting 1 scv kill, and then proceeding to do a 1base all in. It could never work.

@psychoplast The build really doesn't intend to do much damage with the banshee, because it isn't really rushed. It gets a bit of scouting information and then serves as DPS and tank spotting for the push. I agree Terran has too many strong 1 base pushes like this, but it's basically like doing 3 gate DT Chargelot with Colossus on 1 base. Tons of tech and it takes a long time to get out. This particular push is definitely counterable - many people hold it simply by having great micro.

@simonohnmacht I think more immortals and zealots will do the job, observers are invisible watchers that should be used with full potential. I believe that as a player playing protoss, it is absolutely essential to know at every point in the game, what a Terran player is building. Terrans can go a general army composition that can be good against a lot of different enemy compositions. Protoss need highly specialized counters, but that is why they have the obs!

As master toss, I like getting some phoenix after observer against this nasty terran strategy because couple phoenix means I dont have to invest in more expansive stalkers to deal with banshees. banshees are light units with high dps and although stalkers shoot air, they dont deal good damage to mass banshees. Since couple phoenix will take care of no matter how many banshees, i can invest in zealots which will push the marines back so my immortals can actually shoot the tanks without taking fir

--Improper use of word 'decimated' @ 09:36. A 'decimated army' would mean that 10% of the force was lost. So to describe a single unit as having been 'decimated' is incorrect. In the Roman army, if a group displayed cowardice, they would be decimated...which means to say that 1 in 10 of the soldiers would be executed. Commentary is great in all other respects.
