Well, "gay rights" is problematic in one aspect, while other groups (bisexual and trans for example) are lumped with them, homosexuals tend not to care about their rights. Not all of them, just a lot of them. This is a dangerous stance and will force the other groups to branch off and fight for their own rights. But it's dangerous because it's using other smaller groups as leverage but not caring about them at all.
I don't agree with your financial abortion thing. If you made a mistake, yes, you should be penalized for life if the mistake is a child, because the other option is the child gets penalized, and the child hasn't made any mistake, it was not the child's choice. You made the baby, you're responsible for it. Maybe it's unfair that the woman has more choices, but it's what it is, the woman is the one who gets pregnant, that's how the humankind works, get over it and be responsible of your mistakes.

Here in Canada, at least in most big cities, there aren't a lot of young religious people. Most people I talk to are some form of agnostic, or believe in God but don't follow any particular religion or go to church.. I have one Catholic friend (she's one of the first Catholic people I've ever met), and it says a lot that most of us think of it as a novelty, and we all poke a bit of fun at it - not in a hurtful way, of course. I have a hard time imagining what it's like to live in America.

We can't imagine how afterlife is or make a theory about it. Think that our brain makes thoughts and they stop working as soon as we die. Then it starts decomposing. Here in Canada, at least in most big cities, there aren't a lot of young religious people. Most people I talk to are some form of agnostic, or believe in God but don't follow any particular religion or go to church.. I have one Catholic friend (she's one of the first Catholic people I've ever met), and it says a lot that most of us think of it as a novelty, and we all poke a bit of fun at it - not in a hurtful way, of course. I have a hard time imagining what it's like to live in America.

Here in Denmark the church is in big trouble. Most people are either atheist or semi-belivers that dont actually pray, go to church or are sure they really believe for real. Its great :D

Alright I agree with you an all but the abortion part. You know this could encourage more men to have unprotected sex or even lie to women about being sterile (believe me it happens!) without facing any consequences (courts can be wrong a DNA test probalbly won't). This should not be encouraged. Also this will force more women to give up unborn children for financial reasons even though they might like to raise one but just can't afford it without the mans support. What about that?
