How to connect your phone to Samsung Kies| REAL WAY

Is Kies built on Adobe Air? Absolutely "the" worst piece of software I have ever used. I appreciate the video, however "make sure" this, "make sure" that. Holy smokes Samsung,just make this work. I think Apple needs to use this video in a commercial.

I can't simply connect my phone to Kies, that's it. I though this video would show me, but obviously not. When I use the USB, Kies says it doesn't support it, the computer itself doesn't support Bluethooth, and I simply can't find out how to connect by Wi-Fi. I have a white Galaxy Spica, if that's important..

Thanks allot ! just go to the software option click on download for windows bla until 7 by then your set up will ask you if you want to download again or repair <---- yes and your done :)) I did this for my Galaxy s2 ! goodluck

Seriously thanks for this, had one KEY PIECE of info for me. I was using a third party launcher (homescreen), so anyone else MAKE SURE YOU USE THE TWLAUNCHER (original android homescreen).
