BBC TV broadcast Szeyng doing the modern premiere of this in the 1970's but of course that would be impossible to get hold of these days.

@DIPFM2009 Yes, it seems to be Spanish Television. I have no data about it, maybe violintuno knows more, but I can say that conductor is Enrique Garcia Asensio and the concerto takes place in January 1973 from the Orquesta y Coro de la RTV Española, that is the Spanish national radio television orchestra.
