Wow!! I know another way to deal with armbar defenses: Yo need to shake the calf over oponent`s neck, then he will release the defense and you can continue with the armbar.

отли4ная техника.. практи4ески все известно кроме переходов от ри4га локтя на ри4аг колена с последующим ущемлением икроножной мишци..
с ущемлением бицухи тоже интересний вариант
