Give me a break--Bush screwed up on so many levels that there is no defense so like a child, rather than take any responsibility he's getting belligerent. Matthews brought it up, but didn't eleborate, that Bush/Cheney stampeded Congress into rubber-stamping the Patriot Act before the elections. What he forgot to remind people is that, conveniently, an envelope of anthrax powder was sent to Tom Daschle (D), which originated from a secret U.S. biological weapons lab which we denied existed before. Hmmm?
