Well, as far as I know Hizaki is still continuing "Hizaki Grace Project" but as the sole member. The last release was in September 2008 and it was reissues of Monshou, Ruined Kingdom, and Curse of Virgo. Regardless, he's currently focusing on Versailles, and now that Jasmine has passed away he is recording the Bass for Versailles as well as Guitar.

The said they would announce it once they had permission from his family, but I've searched and as of now they haven't gone public with the cause of Jasmine's death. I do, though, know that he was very sick in the end...which really saddens me.
