  • technically it was actually the 6 pin look at it go into the gutter and kinda go back then at 3:31 theres a pin behind the 10 and after he shoots the 7-10 that pin is gone.

  • too bad jimmy doesnt even bowl anymore...

  • Dear Jimmy Martin,

Implanting the E.A.R.L. bowling robot in your arm doesn't count.

    Great bowling.

  • thats a nice bowling alley

  • What wieght of balls does he bowl with?

  • does he do storm reviews? id love to see him throw the NANO..!

  • This guy is a BEAST

  • what mikeermold said looks like its true. hes not saying the 7-10 was fake hes just saying that the 10 pin hit another pin laying behind it and pushed it at the 7.

  • the THEORY is PROVEN. LOL awesome ball and video.

  • The original 10 pin the in the 7-10 conversion shot is NOT the pin that takes out the 7. There is a pin still in the pit behind the 10. anyone agree?

  • @mikeermold correct.

  • @mikeermold lol! I noticed that there was a pin in the pit when I shot the 7/10 (not until i saw the video). I never noticed until now that the pin laying there is the one that took the 7. I thought the 10 hit that pin after the sidewall and went across. That is pretty funny.

  • @jmartin27407 - i wasn't trying to take away from the conversion of the 7-10! what an awesome feat! i can't say i've ever made it. the extra pin was just something i noticed after watching this video a bunch of times. i can't get over how smooth of a motion the theory has. i can't wait to get this ball!

  • @mikeermold It was the 10pin. Jimmy was mad that he left the split to begin with. I told him to pick it up as a joke because he just picked one up about 2 weeks before, in league. If you don't believe me just look at his expression when he makes it. You can't fake that. Plus, I would never put a split in a ball review. Makes no sense. It was just a funny thing that happened so I wanted to share. 100% real.

  • @mattyg3535 I completely agree. i saw his reaction... totally genuine. It really was just an observation, nothing more. i thought it was an awesome add-on to the video anyway. did he make it with the theory?

  • @mattyg3535

shouldn't be mad about a 7-10 split btw..

as it means your close to the strike ^_^

a tournament 7-10 split is something else, of course ^_^

    just my opinion..

  • @mikeermold

The way, I see it.. it's the 10pin, as mattyg3535 says.. but it's true that the 10pin, rebounds on that pin....

  • @Leonardodo I think you are correct. Either way, i didn't want to stir up controversey. just get people talking. i did buy a theory and i'm totally in love with it. it hits like a train and shreds the rack. tons of pin action and great back end performance and drive through the deck.

  • @mikeermold The 10 pin hit the curtain and knocked the pin in the pit back on the pin deck I totally agree... still cool though ^^

  • @mikeermold Nope, 10 pin bounces off it, then comes back up

  • @mikeermold he still picked it up

  • @mikeermold

watched it several times , and I too clearly see that it wasn't a 10 pin.

  • @mikeermold dude you can fucking watch the pin the whole way that was clearly real why would you even say they'd try to fake it?? Maybe cuz you got no talent and you are pissed you have never made one??

  • @i3enthebowlerkid

Mikeermold didn't say it wasn't a real conversion. He simply stated that he believed there was a different pin in the pit that shot out to hit the 7, not the 10 pin. He was wrong, but he wasn't disputing the authenticity of the conversion.

  • Jimmy Martin has got the smoothest, most amazing ball releases i have ever seen. it's a masterpiece of timing perfection. I'm definitely getting a theory and this video sealed the deal. this guy can throw just about any line possible and it really speaks to the versatility of the ball as well as the skill of Jimmy. What i would do to have him take a look at my shot and give me a few pointers!

  • @mikeermold JM's my favourite bowler to watch and attempt to emulate of all time. I love it.

  • hey i had a quick question. i will be bowling on this pattern with my theory this weekend and my rev rate and speed are a little slower than Jimmy's but not by much. If he starts out throwing 17 to 8, what would be a good place to start for me? if it helps my ball is pin under the ring finger with CG and MB stacked underneath.

  • what are jimmys stats? revs, axis, speed, pap etc

  • what are jimmys stats? revs, axis, speed, pap etc

  • both are good balls the theory is what i throw. im a 200 average bowler i bowled a 707 and nano boy i bowled against only had a 580....oh yeah he was a 220 average.. so its not how much it hooks its how u throw it so yeah both are good balls I prefer the theory its what your comfortable with.

  • i bowl 12-13mph with a slower rev rate what ball should i get

  • whaat is the white thing in your ball at 2:02

  • i decided to watch Jimmy Martin throw a bowling ball then do my homework for today!!!!

  • Wanna know the secret to making the 7-10 split? Don't leave it. :) Seriously though you're a great bowler.

  • @Dylanb9989 i am actually leaning towards the theory because i got the original gravity about 5 months ago and the nano would be the same ball, just a few boards stronger. also it has the same finish as the original, which is matte. And this is straight sanded which is something i do not have in my arsenal. but still undecided, maybe i will get a nano at the start of next high school season. i am a high school bowler btw

  • i am trying to decide between this and the virtual gravity nano. someone please give me some suggestions, thanks.

  • @zTOOzSKILLEDz nano.

  • @willbowler95

Care to explain why? Or are you going to leave that open for ponderance?

  • @C6evolution2008 Nano hooks more. Simple as that.

  • @willbowler95

Yes, cause more hook always=better ball, right?

  • @C6evolution2008 for heavy oil. I thought you meant for heavy oil. I find that the nano is very continuous and a good ball all around.

  • @willbowler95

Just mainly wanted to see your opinion was as to why you thought the Nano was better. I've seen them both perform very well on similar oil conditions.

  • @C6evolution2008

The invasion is very similiar to the theory they both are midlane, backend balls the nano is early rolling for me, I actually prefer my invasion over my nano I get way better carry.I also wouldnt say the nano really hooks alot more I only stay a board or two more with my nano.

  • I got this ball drilled 5 days ago and i have already scored 288 with it :D

The kick back and pin reaction is so amazing... This is a must buy ;P

and now i have increased my score on every game ..so its just a matter of time ..than i will have about +25 in average :PppPpppP

THUMBS UP if You Are Going to buy it / have it

  • When this guy plays, there's two loud bangs - First bang is when he rams the wall on the 1th lane closest the left side, second bang is when he hits the pocket with the ball.

Otherwise, very smooth and nice release , and what a good swing!

  • i think you just showed my how to fix my release. thanks!

  • you throw the ball awesome

  • thery or storm victory road

  • man i love that 7-10 split. got me laughing.. good shit.

  • hey jimmy good job at UBA over the weekend. i was working at boardwalk and i watched some of ur shots, u have such a beutiful swing in real life. keep up the epic bowling bro. and rep. roto grip good cuz im on my way to being a staff member haha

  • This is my next ball, I think it will go well with my Kinetic Pearl and Pure Physics

  • how does this compare to the invasion or c system alpha max?

  • VERY NICE PICKUP ON THE 7-10 SPLIT

  • Who says you don't need theory for bowling? Hah!

  • Thanks for the great videos! Your release absolutely kicks ass. Your versatility is amazing! Your videos are inspirational to my game! Jimmy frickin' rocks! Thanks guys!!

  • Thanks Matt for posting up the vids. I'm a bowler and I constanly watch vids like these to help try and improve my game. Especially the slo-mos. It guves me a chance to watch how the release is done.

Jimmy is so silky smooth. He makes it look so easy. Why isn't he in the PBA, forgive me if I'm mistaken.
