The brush set must be removed. I'm searching for a replacement. But any 'abstract' brushes will do. On that website (Brusheezy) search for "Abstract" and pick on that you like.

@L2HACJ I got some, but what's funny, is I did this in gimp. The sad thing is in GIMP you can't rotate your brushes, at least I haven't found out how to. I'll message you my final image.

nice tut but i downloaded the brushes and opened the .rar file and it was one more .rar file inside there when i tried to open that it just says the fil is damaged. what to do?

How do you get the font you downloaded onto the photoshop fonts collectoion bit?

I made a new layer and applied it to that, i then hit Ctrl + t (transform) and then by clicking just above one of the corners i was able to rotate it.
