I find it funny that when this feature was shot, this was a Keira Knightley vehicle with no mention of her co-stars. Since then, Carey Mulligan has arrived as a BAFTA winner and an Oscar nominee and Andrew Garfield has signed on as the new Spiderman. .......... All of the ads now give Carey the top billing.
the biggest difference is that the clones are not fashioned from people who want to harvest their own organs later in life, they are cloned from degenerates in society (homeless, drug abusers, prostitutes, etc) Also the island began when the clones were adults. The book follows how the children are deceived growing up and figure it out too late. There are alot of similarities but alot of differences...the book is more poetic so I dont think it will translate well into a movie. Read the book.
right! An alternate history story of a woman who, as she reflects on her private school years in the English countryside, reunites with her two friends to face the dark secrets tied to their communal past. Never Let Me Go opens in 2010 and is being directed by Mark Romanek (One Hour Photo).

Any particular info about the script?
From what I've heard, it's highly reminiscent to the one in "The Island".

Ah, 2010...
What about "Last Night"? IMDB says :post production.
I have some naive hope for it, to be released this fall...

@NightDreamer88 I've read the book, and it has similar themes to 'The Island' (best movie ever btw). But don't expect as much action in this movie..
